The UK copyright law outlines the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the principal legislation covering intellectual property rights in the United Kingdomand the work to which it applies

5. We would also require your (complainants) address, telephone number, and email address;

6. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

7. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner\'s behalf.
